Mix oil, vinegar and water.
Add marinade into the mix. Save 2 tbsp for later.
Throw marinade and chicken into a plastic bag and refrigerate for 15 minutes or longer for extra flavour.
Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-7 min each side or until the internal temp reaches 165⁰F (74⁰C). Brush with the extra marinade.
