Brush on oil to get your chicken primed for seasoning.

Place chicken skin-side down on grill over medium heat. Place foil-wrapped brick on top. Grill 10-15 minutes.
Flip and cook for another 10-15 minutes until the internal temp reaches 165⁰F (74⁰C).
