Fire up the grill to 350-375⁰F (177-190⁰C) and prepare for medium indirect heat by turning off burners on one side.
Rub with oil, then add seasoning all over for full-on flavour.
Crack open a beer, remove 2 oz, then poke 2 holes at the top of the can and insert into cavity of chicken.
Place chicken upright, close the lid and grill for 1 ½ hours or until thigh internal temp is 165⁰F (74⁰C).
