Club House Poultry Seasoning is aromatic and has a slightly astringent, warm and bitter taste. It contains a mix thyme, sage, marjoram, rosemary, black pepper and nutmeg. Although it used as a seasoning rub to complement poultry, it can also be used in stuffings, meatloaf, hamburgers, meat pies and salmon dishes.
Club House Poultry Seasoning complements stuffings, chicken, turkey, veal, pork, salmon, meat loaf, hamburgers, gravies, soups, pot pies, meat pies. Substitute 1 tsp (5 mL ) Poultry Seasoning for 1/4 tsp (1 mL ) Ground Thyme and 3/4 tsp (3 mL ) Ground Sage in your favorite stuffing recipe. Use 1/2 to 2 tsp (2 to 10 mL ) per 4 cups (1 L ) bread cubes for stuffing for poultry, veal, lamb or pork.
