Usage Tips
Make our easy vinaigrette and toss with salad greens or drizzle over other vegetable salads. Use vinaigrette to marinate vegetables, poultry, veal and fish. Use as shake on or as a garnish with tossed green salads, coleslaw, steamed vegetables, eggs, steamed fish, broiled meats, soups, and tomato juice. Sprinkle over baked, scalloped or mashed potatoes. Combine with sour cream, yoghurt, and cream cheese for a dip. Add to season sandwich fillings such as tuna salad, chicken salad, egg salad and ham salad. Add a sprinkle to tomato sauces, béchamel and brown gravy for an herbal flavour note.
