By using a blend of both broken and whole spices, Club House Pickling Spice mix is able to achieve an aromatic aroma and unique flavour. Although it is designed for pickling, it can also be used in in a variety of dishes such as pot roasts, and marinades for meats.
For quick basic brine, mix equal parts vinegar and water, adjust this ratio to match your taste preferences. Acceptable vinegars include: rice, apple cider, white wine and of course, white vinegar. Once the brine is completed, add Club House Pickling Spice mix.
