Stove top directions:
Combine sauce mix, 3/4 cup (175 mL) milk and 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter or margarine in medium saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
In 1-quart (1 L) microwave-safe bowl, combine sauce mix, 3/4 cup (175 mL) milk and 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter or margarine. Cook uncovered on HIGH power 3 to 4 minutes or until bubbly and thickened, stirring well after each minute. Makes about 1 cup (250 mL).
