In large saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter. Add mushrooms, onions and bacon. Sauté 5 minutes.
Stir in seasoning and rice flour. Stir in milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes. Stir in cheese and pasta. Transfer to 8 cup (2 L) casserole.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes or until golden.
