Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Cook macaroni according to package directions for al dente pasta. Drain and place into greased 2-quart (2-L) baking dish.
Mix soup, milk and mustard. Pour over pasta and stir in 2 cups (500 g) of the cheese. Top with butter.
Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Stir. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts. Top with Ketchup to serve, if desired.
