In shallow glass dish or large resealable plastic bag, combine contents of package and water. Pierce meat with fork. Add to marinade, turning to coat all sides.
Cover dish or seal plastic bag. Marinate in refrigerator at least 15 or up to 90 minutes.
Remove meat from marinade and roast, broil or pan fry to desired doneness. Discard any leftover marinade.
