Place steak and 1/3 cup (75 mL) marinade in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Mix the vegetables with remaining 3 tbsp (45 mL) of marinade. Grill on medium-high heat until cooked, approximately 4 minutes.
Grill the steak on medium-high heat until temperature reaches at least 145°F (63°C). Let cool and slice thinly.
Spread cream cheese onto flour tortillas. Add vegetables and steak and roll up into logs.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until required. To serve, slice tortilla logs on the bias and arrange on a plate.
