Meanwhile, in same saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour; cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Stir in all seasonings. Gradually whisk in milk; cook, whisking constantly, until sauce thickens, about 3 minutes. Stir in cheese until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
Add macaroni and ham; toss gently to coat. Pour into greased 8-cup (2 L) baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over top. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
