Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a large bowl, combine egg, yogurt, milk, vanilla extract and oil.
In a medium bowl whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and seasoning. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until combined. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
Divide batter among 24 paper-lined muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
Bake for 23 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
