Preheat grill to medium heat.
Brush flatbread with oil and sprinkle with 1 tbsp (15 mL) seasoning. Top with chicken and pineapple, then cheese. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tsp (5 mL) seasoning.
Grill, covered, 10 minutes, or until flatbread is lightly browned and cheese is melted.
Top with avocado and cilantro before cutting into 8 pieces to serve.
