Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Place the ham on its side in roasting pan. Mix 1 cup (250ml) of the honey, 1 1/2 teaspoons (7ml) of the extract and 1 teaspoon (5ml) of the rosemary in small bowl until well blended. Brush 1/2 of the honey mixture over ham, gently separating the slices so mixture can reach middle of ham. Cover loosely with foil.
