Brush steak with rub marinade; grill until internal temperature reaches at least 145°F (63°C). Set aside.
Brush peppers and onion with oil and grill until tender.
In a large saucepan, combine gravy mix, water, wine, cream and steak spice seasoning; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Cut steak, peppers and onions into ½-in (1 cm) slices and add to sauce.
Add pasta; stir until heated through.

Tip: Combine steak and rub marinade in a plastic bag or glass dish. Cover, refrigerate and marinate for 30 minutes before grilling.
