Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Place potatoes, green onion and 1 cup (250 mL) cheese in a 9x9-in (22x22 cm) casserole dish (2 qt/2 L). Stir to combine.
Make gravy according to package directions. Pour prepared gravy over the potato mixture. Stir to coat well. Top with remaining ½ cup (125 mL) cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes. Set oven to broil and bake for 5 minutes longer or until cheese is bubbling, watching to make sure it doesn’t burn. Remove from oven and serve.
It’s an easy recipe and great alternative to a poutine. It tastes great. I received the gravy mix complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes.

I really liked this potato casserole! Even though I thought the gravy tasted plain and tasteless on its own, it really complimented this casserole. It makes a lot, so I loved how I got leftovers for the week as well. The only thing I would change is not put the green onions in the dish, in case you have a lot of leftovers. It doesn't stay fresh and looks weird in the dish. I would just add it on as you go. Disclosure: I received this product from Influenster in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own.

Such an easy recipe that tastes great! It’s like an upgrade to the traditional hash brown casserole. My family loved it! I did receive this product free for testing purpose but have used it before too! Love it!

Such an easy meal to put together. I used scalloped potatoes instead of frozen hash and added some veggies into my version. It was delicious. - I received this product for review

This is friggin amazing. I love how simple the recipe is and how good it tasted. I did swap out the hash and used grated potatoes instead. I think next time I will add some bell peppers and corn too for extra texture. Also a good dish for potluck! I received this complimentary from influenster and hello flavour for testing purposes

I love making casseroles for dinner because they are so easy and this recipe was a big hit with my family! I received the gravy mix free from Influenster in order to review and I will definitely be adding this to my grocery list from now on!

Waaay lighter than a normal poutine - but all of the same flavor and taste! And I love hasbrowns - this is a win

When the kids ask to have it again and again you know you have found a winner!

This is such a simple recipe to make. I did change the hash browns to small thin sliced pieces of mini potatoes (it had mini potatoes on hand and not frozen hash browns) but followed the rest of the recipe and it was so delicious! super easy and so tasty to make.. great side dish fora meat feature meal or to have as a meal with a side salad! I love the gravy mix and have bought more to keep on hand for the future. I did receive this product free for testing purposes from Influenster!

This recipe was so easy to follow. The gravy really made this dish. It wasn’t overly salty like most pre-made gravy mixes are. My toddler ate so much, I was afraid he would throw up.

This recipe was simple awesome and very easy to prepare. The end product looks rustic and delicious already without even tasting it yet. After tasting it, I couldn't stop taking a bite haha! The low sodium Club House Poutine Gravy Mix made a big difference, it really imparted good flavours to the creamy, melt-in-your-mouth texture, of the hash brown and melted mozzarella that I don't even need to dip in any other sauces. Excellent stuff! I received this product as complimentary for testing purposes.

I made this and..omg,is it ever delicious! The kind of meal you just cant stop eating. It is SO easy to make, takes just a few minutes to make and throw in the oven for 25 mins...a very easy, fast delicious meal. Next time, i'd add some bacon maybe,or ham or chicken to it,for some protein. I used marble cheese instead of mozzarella because thats what I had on hand, and it turned out so good!! I def recommend and will make again! The entire family gobbled it up. (It says 8 servings, but it was just enough for our family of 3..haha) I received this product for free or complimentary for testing purposes.

I decided to try this recipe since it seemed easy to make ahead on busy soccer days plus I got a free sample of poutine gravy from Influenster. I just used plain potatoes instead of hash browns (but I pre-cooked them before adding the other ingredients) and I added some bacon as well. It came out amazing! My kids have never been fans of poutine before but after this they said they wanted it more often - and I agree! It was super easy to make and the perfect dish for making ahead!

I recieved this gravy in my Influenster VoxBox and wanted to try something a little different. I came across this recipe and was blown away! The gravy is so yummy and this recipe it absolutely wonderful! An awesome twist on the traditional poutine!

I made this recipe last night for my roommate and I to eat with some fish for dinner. I received the poutine gravy for free from influenster to test and review but I hate french fries - so I did this casserole instead. My roommate absolutely loved this dish - yet I personally found it too salty. I'd like it way more if it had less salt! Perhaps poutine is always salty, and I don't realize because I don't eat them. The recipe was easy to follow and would have served 4 (but only two of us at work it and my roommate ate three helpings). If you are ok with salted gravy - give this recipe a try.
