Club House Pumpkin Pie Spice complements pumpkin pie, gingerbread, cookies, muffins, cakes, frostings, whipped cream, glazes, puddings, applesauce and other apple desserts. Also great with squash and sweet potatoes. Use 2 to 3 tsp (10 to 15 mL ) to each 1 1/2 cups (375 mL ) mashed pumpkin for pie. Add to sugar for spice toast or streusel topping. Sprinkle into your favourite brewed coffee, top with whipped cream and a dash of spice for a fall harvest treat.
