Beat eggs and water in shallow bowl. Place Fish Fry in shallow dish. Dip tomato slices in egg mixture. Coat in Fish Fry, pressing lightly; shake off excess.
Fry tomato slices in batches, 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Season with salt, if desired.
